Last week, I (Dave) had a great time lecturing to about 700 young ladies at Liberty University. Dr. Monica Rose, who is a Religion professor and head of the “Women’s Studies” division, asked me to lecture on the book I co-authored, “O” God, A Dialogue on Truth and Oprah’s Spirituality. In addition, I was honored that Dr. Rose has chosen to use “O” God as a required reading text in one of her courses in “Women’s Studies” next semester.  While at Liberty, I was also blessed to talk with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes that included football players, baseball players and some pretty big dudes. I was so shocked how interested the men were in this subject. Before I got home, one of the pitchers on the men’s baseball team, Joshua emailed me:

Just got done reading your book…and wow. I couldn’t put it down for one second, read it all in one sitting ha ha. Thank God for you and this book, seriously, it was thought provoking and encouraging as a Christian. My mom is going to read it and I am definitely going to tell everyone about it. May God use it and use you to see millions saved! AMEN.
